• Dance Movement Therapy

Dance movement psychotherapy / dance therapy is the use of movement and dance with the aim of promoting the emotional, mental, cognitive and social integration of the individual. It is based on relational psychotherapy, in which the patient and the therapist engage in a conscious creative process that uses body movement, voice and dance to promote further awareness into the individual's psycho-emotional and physical condition. With vocal sounds and body movements, we create a safe environment in which the patient can explore and connect with deeper emotions and thoughts.
